What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and improve your experience.
How PerfTrack Uses Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies, all of which are necessary for the Service to function:
Essential Cookies (Always Active)
- Session cookie (token): Keeps you logged in to your account. Without this cookie, you would be logged out every time you navigate to a new page. This cookie expires after 4 hours, after which you sign in again.
- "View as" cookie: Set only when an administrator uses the "view as" feature to see the app as another user in their organisation. It expires after 2 hours or when the administrator exits that mode.
- Security cookie: Helps protect your account from cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks.
What We Do NOT Use
- ❌ Advertising or tracking cookies
- ❌ Third-party marketing cookies
- ❌ Analytics cookies that identify you personally
- ❌ Social media tracking pixels
We record basic visits to our public pages (page, referrer, browser type and a one-way hash of your IP address) for aggregate statistics, without placing a tracking cookie on your device. See the Privacy Policy.

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to PerfTrack.

Changes to This Policy
If we change how we use cookies, we will update this page and notify users where appropriate.
